Can I see a sample?

Yes, we are very happy to supply samples as it is often very difficult to make a choice without seeing the product.
Due to the volume of samples we supply we must make a small charge, however, once you proceed with your order and return the sample to us, we will credit the cost to your invoice.


Who designs the layout?

Should you need some ideas we’re very happy to help, it’s all part of the service.


How does my name and message get on the product?

To decorate a promotional product we use screen or pad printing, embossing, laser engraving or embroidery depending on the product you choose.


What type of artwork do I need?

Regardless of the product you choose the best format for artwork is Adobe Illustrator EPS converted to curves file.  We will also need your logo PMS colours. Just call us if you have any questions.


What do I do if I don’t have artwork?

We can provide artwork services at cost price.


Do I have to pay extra for printing and so on?

A set up fee is charged on all forms of product decoration and all our prices include the fee……..No hidden costs!!


What if I can’t see what I want?

With so many products available it would be almost impossible to list them all so just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll do our utmost to find it……We love a challenge !


What quantity do I need to order?

Minimum order quantities differ from product to product, just let us know your requirements.    There is no maximum…. the sky’s the limit ! If your order is big enough and we have plenty of leadtime, we can often offer you a much better price offering you great savings.


How long will it take before delivery?

Generally speaking provided stock is available you’ll have your order in around 10-12 working days.  It will take a little longer if the product is not in stock, however, we will advise delivery at the time of your order.


Do you deliver?

We use the most economical way to freight your order to you, including Australia Post, Fastway & ABC Couriers, Riteway Express and we only charge you what it costs us. 
You can also arrange your own pickup if you prefer.


How do I order?

Call us on  1300 767 880 or email directly from our website and we will assist with your order.  


Can I have a credit account?

On the first three orders you place we will require 75% of the total with your order and the balance prior to delivery.  After that we can set up a 14 day account subject to satisfactory credit references.


How do I pay?

You can pay by Visa or Mastercard credit cards, orders less than $2,500.00 incur a 2% fee.    You may also pay by direct deposit or just by cheque.
